Click on each item and then click inside the bubble, one at a time, to complete. Selecting a key item will bring up a bubble with the items needed to gain access to that key item.A face icon indicates that conversation is possible, and a puzzle piece shows the location of a puzzle or mini-game. Gears indicate a key item and an open hand icon shows that you may take an item. Your cursor will change when interactions are possible.The inventory area will store items to be used when needed. The “Task” tab will indicate how many tasks out of the total, you have completed. Each task may have several smaller tasks required to complete the primary task. On the game screen, you will see an area for tasks.The small painting on the chair will bring you back to the main menu. You can select these to replay the introduction scenes. As you progress, completed canvases will be grayed. Click on the glowing canvas to enter the level. The canvases screen is where you begin your journey.You must select your desired mode when creating your profile.
The “Challenge” mode has a very slow charge on the “Hint” button and “Skip Puzzle” meter, and almost no other hints. In the “Relaxed” mode, both the “Hint” meter and the “Skip puzzle meter quickly charge, and less time is required for illuminating the next collectible item. For a first timer, the challenge was good, but the fun of jumping into a painting and the wonderful visuals was great for me. Ummmm? So no, the storyline needs work as far as I'm concerned. But her attitude through the whole story is so "happy go lucky" it made me a bit ill by the end when she met a real life vampire and was all "oh gee, oh gosh, a real big bad vampire"! Faces a cave in where she is trapped in the vampire's crypt and merrily goes about her way. Went through some great scenes, difficulty wasn't too bad (for me, a beginner). Not many dark/black areas u have to search. Storyline is "ok", but a little boy running around loose in a group of magic paintings, not afraid to keep going? Really? The scenes are clear, bright and detailed. That way I could look at the shape of the item instead of having just a word to go by.
I really liked the "fill in the circle" instead of a list on the bottom of the screen. Short Mystery This was the first time I played this type of game and I was totally enthralled! Tom is lost and his big sister is on an adventure to find him and in searching for him she has to go through these magic paintings.
